Sales Manager for Simulation Business Growth

Role Overview
Dassault Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Manager to drive the growth of our simulation business in North China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional channel strategies to promote our SIMULIA and SolidWorks Simulation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional channel strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Manage regional VARs (Value Added Resellers) to ensure pipeline development, technical enablement, and partner enablement.
- Identify and onboard new VARs to expand our SIMULIA and SolidWorks Simulation customer base.
- Drive regional programs to promote CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) business and generate leads.
- Guide and mentor industry teams, partners, and create credible pipelines to meet and exceed annual targets.
- Engage with major account customers directly to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 5-10 years of sales experience in direct sales and channel management in the software industry.
- Simulation knowledge and experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English required.
