Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about working with cutting-edge technology and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in EMEA
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and relationship-building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a B2B setting, preferably in the software industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €80,000 to €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure tied to individual and team performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and training and development opportunities.
