Sales Growth Strategist

Dassault Systèmes is a leading provider of 3D design software and other solutions for product lifecycle management.
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis role is focused on driving sales growth in Turkey through strategic partnerships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for assigned accounts to meet or exceed targets.
- Foster strong relationships with top-level executives at key client companies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer satisfaction and revenue plan delivery.
- Utilize business consulting skills to identify and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with partners to support customer transformation in Aerospace & Defense and Transportation & Mobility industries.
- Build trusted relationships with both customers and partners.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record in selling SaaS and Cloud management solutions, preferably in the software, technology, or engineering sectors.
- Over 7 years of experience selling software solutions to large clients in the partner channel.
- Experience in sales team management or business consulting role is an asset.
- Experience in managing indirect business.
- Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are an asset).
