Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Team Member Services Coordinator to join our team at Relais & Châteaux.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the international team of Directors of Delegations
  • Manage key projects initiated by the Member Services Team
  • Organize international Membership Optimisation Calls
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Director Member Services, including managing agenda, expenses reports, organizing meetings, reservations, calls, travel requirements, etc.
Requirements
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and French
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
