Singulier is a leading digital strategy and transformation consultancy that collaborates with private equity investors and their portfolio companies to drive growth and success.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Customer Experience to lead our CRM and CX consulting projects in due diligence, value creation, and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in CRM marketing consulting and leading customer experience for consumer brands, including CRM & loyalty. They will possess expertise in related marketing fields such as customer service, omnichannel services, data insights, and platforms, voice of the customer, retention, etc.

A strong understanding of CRM, CX, and marketing automation platforms is required, along with working knowledge of major tech players in the industry. The ability to balance business stakeholder needs with customer needs to create exceptional experiences is crucial.

Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).

The role involves advising clients at senior levels on CX & CRM strategies, solutions, and marketing programs to support their business goals. This includes defining client customer-centric strategies, objectives, and KPIs, designing and delivering CX & CRM strategies and solutions, and leading client projects to implement them.
