Job Description:

Goodays, Europe's leading Customer Experience Management Platform, is seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our team. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success and ensuring the smooth implementation of our solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with sales managers to close deals and develop coherent project plans through various missions, including:
  • Ensuring fulfillment on contracted deliverables in conjunction with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Digital Adoption Consultants;
  • Providing deployment best practices to maximize customer success through workshops and recommendations;
  • Acting as project manager for the technical implementation of our solution, maintaining regular communication with customers, collaborating with external teams, and accelerating outcomes;
