Key Responsibilities:- Partner with sales managers to close deals and develop coherent project plans through various missions, including:
- Ensuring fulfillment on contracted deliverables in conjunction with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Digital Adoption Consultants;
- Providing deployment best practices to maximize customer success through workshops and recommendations;
- Acting as project manager for the technical implementation of our solution, maintaining regular communication with customers, collaborating with external teams, and accelerating outcomes;
