As a User Care Expert at Alan, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

CompensationWe offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per year, which may vary based on factors such as location and experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll receive generous equity packages for permanent contracts only.
Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, or chat
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- A strong understanding of the French healthcare system, although training will be provided if needed
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
