We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our Reception team as a Reception Team Lead.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the reception service, ensuring the training and planning of the team, and controlling reservations and invoicing of clients.
You will also be responsible for controlling the management of arrivals and departures, ensuring that all formalities are respected, and ensuring the quality of the team's work and respect of the Base Camp Lodge service.
In addition, you will manage the reception of guests and provide information concerning life in the hotel and resort, and ensure good communication between the reception and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and organize the reception service
* Ensure the training and planning of the team
* Control reservations and invoicing of clients
* Control the management of arrivals and departures
* Ensure the quality of the team's work and respect of the Base Camp Lodge service
* Manage the reception of guests and provide information concerning life in the hotel and resort
* Ensure good communication between the reception and other departments
Requirements
* 3 years experience in a similar position is required
* Good mastery of the English language
* Knowledge of current health and safety standards
* Ability to be organized, rigorous, dynamic and committed
* Mastery of the computer tool and its classic software
* Mastery of the switchboard
* Team management
* Degree or equivalent (BTS in Tourism / BTS in Hotel Management / BTS in Tourism Management)
What We Offer

* Work period varying in the morning / day and evening
