Mission

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe de développement de carrière d'ADDITI, une société du groupe SIPA Ouest France, spécialisée dans la publicité en ligne.

Objectifs
  • Récolte et analyse des besoins en interne (Régie publicitaire, Rédaction, Service Marketing, Sites de petites annonces...)
  • Recommandations et choix de leviers à activer en fonction des objectifs fixés
  • Benchmark, brief, veille concurrentielle
  • Suivi des audiences et performances
  • Suivi et relecture des articles
  • Suivi des comptes clés
  • Suivi de projet et optimisations de la rubrique
  • Mesure de l'audience des sites du groupe Ouest-France à l'aide d'AT Internet
  • Analyse des comportements par devices, sources de trafic et thématiques
  • Mise en place de dashboard suivi/analyse des KPI hebdomadaires et mensuels (reporting)
  • Analyse des performances publicitaires
  • Porteur des demandes business auprès des équipes techniques
  • Rédaction des spécifications techniques liées aux projets confiés
  • Suivi des demandes de maintenance technique et évolutive
  • Recette et suivi des mise en production / non-régression
Compétences requises
  • Expérience d'analyse Business et d'accompagnement clients, idéalement dans le secteur des Médias
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques (Excel) et des logiciels de gestion des ventes (CRM)
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement
  • Bonne culture en marketing digital et connaissance des leviers d'acquisition
  • Excellent relationnel et capacité à gérer des projets
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à apprendre
  • Connaissance des outils analytiques et de la culture SEO
