Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Job Overview

Kersia, a leading global provider of biosafety solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding
    • Welcome new key accounts and ensure seamless integration
    • Develop and implement customized onboarding plans to meet customer needs
  • Account Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions
  • Service Quality and Improvement
    • Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a degree in business administration or a related field. Key qualifications include:

  • Several years of experience in project management in a B2B and international environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and project management tools
  • Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
