Senior Business Development Representative

At Pragmatike, we're on a mission to connect international talent with top European and US companies, facilitating impactful global connections. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives that transform businesses.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Client Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative strategies for acquiring new clients in the French and European markets, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
- Market Penetration: Identify and engage high-potential prospects, serving as the initial point of contact with decision-makers across various sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence and drive business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Lead efforts to identify new accounts, create prospect lists, and qualify leads through various channels.
- Sales Strategy Development: Define and refine outreach strategies, overseeing BDR outreach projects and applying a structured process to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform your approach to prospecting and client engagement.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the business development, marketing, BI, and sales operations teams to optimize strategies and maximize results.
- Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within a consulting firm, IT services company, or similar sector.
- Network and Influence: You possess a robust professional network and know how to leverage it to open doors and develop new business opportunities.
- Bilingual Communication: Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential, as you'll be interacting with clients globally.
- Dynamic and Autonomous: A self-starter who is highly responsive, capable of taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
