Senior Campervan Operations Manager

The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Rental Service Agent in Marseilles - Châteauneuf-les-Martigues. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining our campervan fleet in pristine condition, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead depot operations in the absence of the Branch Operations Supervisor;
- Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
- Prepare and clean our campervans to the highest standards;
- Maintain our campervans in top condition, monitor maintenance needs, and perform repairs;
- Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
- Address customer complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
Requirements
- You're a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills in English and French;
- You have experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car, and are eligible to work in Belgium;
- You hold a valid driver's license and are confident in driving a campervan;
- You're available to work weekends and public holidays;
- You're a responsible and organized individual who takes pride in their work.
