Job Description

Talents Commerciaux, a specialized recruitment agency in Commerce and Marketing, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Key Account Manager to join our client's team in the publishing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of key clients, identifying new business opportunities and optimizing sales performance.
  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and negotiating contracts.
  • Commercial Optimization: Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize commercial agreements and improve sales performance.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate with central purchasing departments to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Financial Management: Ensure accurate budgeting and financial management of client accounts, in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with a commercial assistant to achieve sales targets and develop a high-performing team.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reporting and analysis tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a commercial field (Bac +2 to Bac +5).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial key account management role, with a proven track record of success in negotiating with central purchasing departments.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
