Job Description:

TalentOla is seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts in the Manufacturing & Transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Travel to client sites to meet with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
  • Ability to travel to client sites regularly
  • Experience growing named accounts (not new logos)
