Position Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking a technical-functional position within the realm of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). As a key member of the Digital HR team at VINCI Construction Services Partagés, you will be responsible for various essential tasks, including:
- Providing level 2 support for Talent modules in Oracle HCM, focusing on processes such as annual performance reviews and People Review, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT.
- Assisting in the preparation and oversight of reporting campaigns.
- Managing incident tickets, service requests, and updates related to domain evolution.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among business stakeholders across different delegations and countries.
- Ensuring effective communication between IT and HR departments.
Candidate Profile:
We are in search of a candidate who demonstrates a strong capacity for rapid learning, possesses analytical skills, and pays meticulous attention to detail. The ideal individual will thrive in a collaborative environment and be committed to fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.
- Proficient in providing user support.
- Familiarity with HR processes related to annual reviews and performance assessments.
- Experience in an international context, particularly with regions such as Canada, the UK, Germany, or New Zealand.
- Knowledge of HRIS tools; familiarity with Oracle is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Additional Qualifications:
A background in computer science, data science, or human resources is preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience, whether through internships or apprenticeships, in the usage and management of HRIS.
