Job Summary

As a Human Resources Assistant at DESTIA, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent to join our team. Your primary mission will be to:

  • Source candidates from various job boards, professional networks, and employment agencies
  • Post job advertisements and manage the recruitment process
  • Screen and pre-qualify candidates through phone interviews
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
  • Collaborate with educational institutions to attract new talent
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Building relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
