- Lead a diverse HR team in providing exceptional support to employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in HR management, with a proven track record of driving organizational change and influencing HR policies.
- Strong expertise in HR project management, talent acquisition, staff development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse and high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaborative success.
