Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support CIMMYT's mission and goals.
- Lead the HR team in providing exceptional support to employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and implement strategic initiatives.
- Manage recruitment, talent development, and performance management processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in HR management, with a proven track record of driving organizational change and improvement.
- Strong expertise in HR project management, talent acquisition, and staff development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse and high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaborative success.
