Located in the heart of the Auxois valley, our establishment in Venarey-les-Laumes is a reflection of the expertise of the Groupe Bigard. Specialized in the transformation and commercialization of beef and veal products, we offer high-quality products to our customers. Thanks to our privileged location in the heart of this region rich in natural resources, we propose renowned cattle breeds such as Charolaises.
The Role
We are looking for Boucher/Pareur/Désosseur (H/F) profiles to join a team of 5 people.
Your Missions
Your role is crucial in our transformation process, as it directly affects the quality of the final product. It must therefore combine dexterity, rigor, and respect for standards. Your missions are as follows:
- Work on beef and veal pieces with precision, using the appropriate tools and particularly sharp knives.
- Identify and extract the different muscles of meat according to the client's specifications.
- Work in strict respect of hygiene and safety standards to avoid any contamination.
- Collaborate closely with other production team members to ensure a smooth transformation process.
