Key Responsibilities

  • After-Sales Support
    • Maintain high service levels and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
    • Develop and implement training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Lead negotiations with local service partners, including logistics and warehouse vendors.
    • Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process to ensure timely resolution.
    • Develop solutions to optimize local service quality, including technical guidance and spare unit management.
    • Provide regular service reports to HQ.
  • Pre-Sales Support
    • Collaborate with sales teams to plan and execute technical exchanges with customers.
    • Prepare presentation documents and technical explanations to meet customer needs.
    • Analyze legal and technical requirements for defined countries and drive execution of required certifications.
    • Monitor market trends and provide competitive information.
    • Support sales teams with product and feature analysis of competitors.
    • Coordinate training sessions and attend exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Based in France, with ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • HBO diploma in an electro-technical field or equivalent education in the solar energy industry.
  • At least 3 years of technical work experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Experience with inverter technologies, R&D, service, pre- and post-sales, and string inverters.
  • Self-driven and proactive mindset, with ability to problem-solve and provide multiple solutions.
  • International mindset and fluency in French and English.
