Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell our entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for assigned accounts, aligned with customer business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.
- Identify and research new sales opportunities, creating a qualified target account list within 30 days.
- Share the Salesforce value proposition with existing and new customers to drive growth and adoption.
- Proven track record of success in value/consultative selling complex solutions or technology sales to cross-industry segments.
- Experience selling at the 'C' level, with a strong understanding of customer business requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to solve complex problems in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sales methodology education and experience in large accounts sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas.
