Earnix, a leading fintech growth company, is seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing team in France. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our growth by finding, building, and maintaining relationships with leading insurance businesses in France.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own a dedicated list of prospect insurance businesses, focusing on building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Qualify prospects, define value propositions, and participate in product demos, RFPs, and proposals to close sales.
  • Align with key internal stakeholders to deliver solutions for customers and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the HOS for EMEA, head of businesses, and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven successful end-to-end sales experience selling software solutions into the insurance market in France.
  • Existing professional executive & C-level network in the French insurance industry, with a proven ability to expand this network.
  • A strong understanding of how insurance companies operate in France and how they need to adapt to digital transformation.
  • The ability to work a deal from 'lead' to 'close' with a passion for hunting.
  • Experience working with global remote teams and a willingness to travel extensively when required.
