Présentation du poste :
L'Assistant Front Office Manager Junior est chargé de coordonner les équipes sur le terrain, assurant une gestion fluide et efficace des opérations quotidiennes en collaboration avec les Assistants de Réception et sous la responsabilité de la Cheffe de Réception.
Missions et responsabilités :
- Coordonner les équipes sur le terrain pour assurer une gestion fluide et efficace des opérations quotidiennes.
- Superviser et coordonner l'activité du service de la Réception des hôtels Hyatt Place & Hyatt House.
- Positionner comme l'interlocuteur privilégié de la clientèle, garantissant une expérience exceptionnelle pour nos clients.
- Répondre aux besoins et résoudre les problèmes éventuels avec diplomatie et professionnalisme.
Compétences requises :
- Maîtriser les techniques de vente et de gestion des plaintes.
- Management d'équipe.
- Capacité d'analyse.
- Savoir établir et faire respecter les procédures.
- Assurer l'accueil des clients selon les standards de nos marques.
- Maîtriser impérativement l'anglais (une troisième langue est un plus).
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques, informatiques et la messagerie.
- Connaissance d'Opéra.

Formations & expériences :
Vous êtes issu d'une formation en hôtellerie (CFC, BEP, CAP/BAC Pro) ou en école hôtelière, avec un minimum de cinq ans d'expérience sur une fonction similaire.
