Export Control Program/PMO Specialist

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced Program Office Manager to join its Export Control Program team based in Marignane, France.
The successful candidate will be part of a team developing the Airbus Helicopters Export Control Compliance Program, which is currently in the GECS phase. The GECS phase stands for General Export Control System.
As part of the Export Control Program team, the candidate will support the AH Export Control Program lead in all tasks, including:
- Defining, deploying, and drumbeating activities in coordination with the Airbus Group Export Control compliance Program organization, various AH Functions, and the AH Subs and Affiliates Export Control Support team.
- Defining, deploying, and implementing transverse export control initiatives, such as dashboards and KPIs.
- Proposing and organizing team events and workshops on transverse issues.
- Working with various departments to improve efficiency and foster continuous improvement.

Your challenges:
The candidate will support the Export Control Program Lead in all tasks, including:
- Proposing strategies, roadmaps, and supporting their implementation within various work packages.
- Preparing and deploying communication and change management induced by strategies and roadmaps decided.
- Supporting business and functions management, preparing and participating in Metier's routines, Steercos, Perfo reviews.
- Supporting PMO tasks: building and monitoring the budget, dashboards, and KPIs, managing risks and opportunities, and lessons learned.
The mission also includes supporting policies and procedures, checking business processes to meet export control requirements, and developing and deploying necessary new or upgraded information systems.
With regards to subsidiaries, the candidate will coordinate with the dedicated AH Subsidiaries and Affiliates Export Control Support team to cascade export control compliance plans worldwide and support this team operationally as necessary.
Your profile:
- More than 7 years of professional experience in Program/Project Management.
- Knowledge of export control regulations is a plus.
- Positive experience in medium/complex projects lead.
- Partner and external service providers management.
- Negotiation with internal customers.
- Risk and opportunity management.
- Documentation production, service level management, change support.
- Good team spirit and customer orientation.
- Good English level.
