Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance contracts from inception to closure, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
- Process claims in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of claims processing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims processing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
