Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator - Energy InfrastructureSalary:€65000 per annum (approximate)
Job DescriptionAs a Construction Project Coordinator, you will oversee and manage civil and building construction activities for a pivotal energy infrastructure project in Corsica. This role ensures compliance with HSE standards and quality control requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising civil and building construction activities, from prefabrication to final erection.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies on health, safety, environment, and quality.
- Organizing and coordinating resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Overseeing and verifying site readiness for construction tasks such as lifting, excavation, and concrete pouring.
- Collaborating with the QA/QC department for inspections and certifications.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Reporting progress, manpower utilization, and equipment status to the Civil/Building Superintendent.
To succeed in this role, candidates must have:
- Fluency in French (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English.
- A high school degree in a technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction, with supervisory roles in oil and energy projects over the last 3 years.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering and construction drawings.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
