Associate Director, Business Development

This role is responsible for supporting the growth of Guardant Health's biopharma business by building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key biopharma partners to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the research and clinical teams to identify new opportunities for Guardant Health's clinical trial services.
- Work closely with the commercial team to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, and develop partnerships to drive growth.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and expansion targets.
- 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong experience in the biopharma industry, with a deep understanding of the clinical trial process and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and business development efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field, or advanced degree in a related field.
