Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Lifen, a leading company in the digital health sector. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in ensuring that our company complies with all relevant laws and regulations related to digital law and data protection.
Key Responsibilities- Routine and complex contract drafting and review, including data protection and intellectual property aspects;
- Collaboration with the Compliance team to evaluate and implement regulatory frameworks for various projects and contracts;
- Providing legal advice to internal teams, including project and product teams;
- Coordinating and collaborating with external legal counsel;
- Participating in discussions with key government agencies on digital health and data protection matters;
- Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations;
- Assisting the rest of the legal team as needed.
We are looking for a highly experienced Legal Counsel with a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital law and data protection. A Master's degree in law is required. Experience working in the innovation department of a healthcare establishment is a plus. You should have a proven track record of managing complex legal projects, be resilient and optimistic, and have a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. You should be able to work independently and have a good command of English.
