As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in the German and Swiss B2C market, focusing on building strong relationships with freelancers in the Engineering and IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Hightekers' services to freelancers, leveraging your sales and advisory expertise.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive new customer acquisition, ensuring consistent follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of prospects through channels such as Sales Navigator and networking.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  2. 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within a B2C environment.
  3. Background in a related industry (e.g., umbrella, EOR, recruitment agency).

The estimated salary for this role is around €55,000-€70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive package, including hybrid work options, legally designated vacation time, and more.
