About the Role
Covéa, a leading insurance brand in France, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join its team in Nantes Beaujoire. As a key member of the agency, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with clients in the agency, understanding their needs and preferences
- Respond to client inquiries, quote requests, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, offering and selling insurance services and contracts
- Maintain long-term client relationships, updating contracts and adjusting rates and guarantees as needed
