Global Business Development Manager for EMEA Region

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to maximize sales and profitability in the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the EMEA region.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers in the region, including OEMs and Tiers 1 accounts.
  • Play a key role in developing new business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor performance of key customers and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in regional account management.
  • English language proficiency (B2+).
  • Ability to travel regularly (up to 20%) within the EMEA region.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and assume responsibilities.
  • Resilient and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of pricing and cost processes, budget, and forecasting.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong leadership attitude.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €80,000 per year, plus bonus potential up to 20% of annual salary, depending on individual performance.
