Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic plan for UDAF 53, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, including management of staff, resources, and activities.
- Financial Management: Ensure the effective management of our financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Human Resources: Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing staff, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, partners, and community groups.
Requirements:
