Job Title: Senior Sales Director - France

Gigamon, a Great Place to Work, is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead our Sales teams in France and drive accelerated new business orders and revenue growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic vision, thought leadership, and robust account management to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in France.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts, improve client satisfaction, and increase sales traction.
  • Build and manage a high-performing Sales organization, attracting and retaining exceptional sales talent.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Field Sales teams to develop new and expanded client revenue streams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading a sales team in a high-tech organization, with 2+ years of experience in 2nd-line sales management.
  • Tier 1 technology company experience, with a proven track record of managing and building $5M+ business.
  • Strong sales leadership skills, with experience in selling network infrastructure and security technologies to end-users.
  • Experience working with channel resellers and managing relationships with Gigamon ecosystem partners.
  • Ability to manage and analyze sales activities and processes, with a focus on prospecting and client engagement.
