About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Customer Success Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Global Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements with our largest customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and deployment of our products.
- Develop and execute customized success plans to drive business value and maximize customer investment in Palo Alto Networks' products.
- Partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure renewals, while working closely with post-sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success, including engineering and professional services.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements.
- Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security, or Security Operations.
- Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with C-suite through client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
- Expertise in customer guidance throughout their journey, focusing on value realization, managing customer escalations, and negotiating successful resolutions.
- Fluent French speaking skills alongside English is required for this role.
