Senior Process Engineering Specialist

- Conduct engineering analyses to identify optimal solutions based on client requirements and effectively communicate these through detailed reports and presentations.
- Perform techno-economic evaluations for various energy projects, including upstream, mid-stream, downstream, and renewable sectors.
- Explore and support initiatives in key Energy Transition areas such as Hydrogen, CCUS, Ammonia, Biofuels, and biowaste.
- Innovate and assist in the development of new digital tools aimed at enhancing performance and delivering added value to clients.
- Engage in consulting activities from greenfield projects to mature assets.
- Consolidate findings and methodologies into comprehensive deliverables.
- Collaborate with consulting, engineering, business, and digital teams, as well as external partners.
- Execute advisory tasks as defined by project specifications, adhering to quality standards.
- Oversee relevant engineering activities to ensure safe and operable designs that comply with industry regulations.
- Assess project scope and provide accurate estimates and timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Review and analyze all relevant engineering data.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Develop engineering strategies, philosophies, and procedures.
- Participate in project presentations to convey results effectively.
- Review all data submitted for client approval.
- Engage in safety, environmental, operational, and design review meetings as necessary.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance to assigned personnel.
- Contribute to global knowledge-sharing initiatives within the engineering discipline.
- Lead small engineering teams and/or manage small projects.
- A master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Industry experience, preferably with exposure to front-end studies in consultancy, design, engineering contracting, or operational environments.
- Proficiency in relevant technical process engineering software.
- Strong digital aptitude.
- Understanding of project economics.
- Experience in energy transition sectors.
- Operational support background.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in English is essential due to extensive interaction with international clients and offices (minimum TOIEC level 850).
- French language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
- Excellent report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate engineering concepts clearly and effectively.
