Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Life Sciences Consultant, you will:

  • Develop business relationships with CxO-level clients and lead large projects/programs that involve multiple Capgemini entities (experts in technology, data, design, etc.) to provide the best solutions to clients.
  • Drive innovation by developing assets for large projects and supporting the development of innovative ideas on new business models, services, and assets. You will contribute to marketing and visibility for the Invent brand through your publications (blogs, posts) and interventions.
  • Contribute to the development of colleagues as a Talent Leader, accompanying consultants in their professional development throughout their career at Capgemini Invent.
  • Contribute to business development by developing a part of the business within your entity at Capgemini Invent and having credibility as a leader in your field, both with clients and colleagues. You will contribute to the development of a business platform that will generate significant revenue and/or value through the acquisition of new accounts or growth within existing accounts, supported by all teams within the firm.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience in strategy consulting, management, or transformation that has allowed you to develop content related to the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare environment.
  • Master the basic skills of consulting: rigor, analytical and synthesis capabilities, oral and written communication, execution speed, and autonomy.
  • Show intellectual curiosity and good interpersonal skills.
  • Be fluent in English.
