Position Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Veeva Systems, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients utilizing Veeva's Clinical solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the bridge between Veeva and essential client stakeholders, promoting collaboration, managing escalations, and demonstrating value through proactive engagement. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer interaction, relationship building, and cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to 4-6 major global clients following the implementation of Veeva Vault Clinical applications.
  • Manage relationships with your clients' application leaders to comprehend their strategic goals and challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant for your clients, coordinating with relevant Veeva teams to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to showcase successes and identify further value opportunities.
  • Offer strategic insights to maximize the use of Veeva product releases and align with the client's roadmap.
  • Encourage connections among clients for potential collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated capability to establish rapport with key client stakeholders at various levels, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Focus on cross-functional teamwork to meet clients where they are and address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Strong analytical and presentation abilities, with the skill to interpret data and deliver engaging presentations to both internal and external audiences.
  • Exhibit empathy and genuine curiosity in supporting, managing, and utilizing technical solutions to reflect the client's perspective.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Life Sciences setting, whether in a consultative capacity, functional analyst/lead role, or 3+ years of experience with Veeva products.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site client meetings and Veeva events, as necessary.
  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Clinical Research within a Sponsor or CRO organization.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud solutions in the context of clinical trials.
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluency in one or more European languages (German or French preferred).
