We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Finary SAS. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include providing legendary service to our users, improving our FAQs and internal knowledge base, and working closely with our Product team to enhance Finary.
You'll be a native French speaker with impeccable grammar and fluent in English. You'll have 3+ years of experience in a customer experience role in a fast-paced environment and be a team player with a humble and growth-oriented mindset.
Bonus points if you're comfortable with Intercom and have experience in Fintech.
