We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Commercial Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and meeting the needs of our clients, contributing to the growth of our business, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and support to clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
