We are seeking a Commercial Development Manager for one of our partners, in the context of an apprenticeship contract.

Location: Dijon (21)

You are in the process of validating a Bac +2 or equivalent. You want to continue and validate a Bac +3 Chargé du développement commercial.

You are currently preparing or have already validated a Bac +2 or equivalent.

  • Prospection: Participate in the search for new clients for the company using different channels, such as social networks, professional fairs, emails, phone calls, etc.
  • Gestion de la relation client: Work with the commercial team to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure that their needs are met. It must also follow up with existing customers to retain them.
  • Analyse de marché: Conduct market studies to understand customer trends and needs. This will allow the commercial team to better target prospects and offer adapted offers.
  • Suivi des ventes: Follow up on sales made by the commercial team and perform regular reporting to measure results.
  • Développement de partenariats: Work with the company's partners to develop cross-selling opportunities and collaboration.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with the commercial team and other departments of the company to ensure that all necessary information is shared.
