What opportunities await you?
Oversee human resources support, enhance skills, and elevate the expertise of team members
across the entire French workforce, including:
- Act as the liaison for the HR function with employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Formulate and execute the organization's social strategy in collaboration with the executive team
- Establish work organization in partnership with management
- Manage employee representative bodies to foster a constructive social dialogue
- Ensure the negotiation of corporate agreements and uphold all legal social responsibilities
- Initiate and oversee the rollout of HR initiatives in France
- Implement European HR initiatives tailored for France
- Oversee HR development and compensation processes, including salary adjustments, bonuses, talent assessments, and succession planning
- Supervise payroll operations
- Negotiate with external service providers for benefits such as health insurance and employee savings plans
- Handle individual cases, including departures, disciplinary actions, and disputes
- Provide guidance to employees on HR matters and support managers in their daily responsibilities
What qualifications do you possess?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in comprehensive HR management
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and relational intelligence
- Expertise in negotiation, diplomacy, and impartiality
- Ability to work remotely with team members and management
- Knowledge of privacy regulations
- In-depth understanding of labor laws; familiarity with the chemical industry is advantageous
- Experience in payroll management and personnel administration
- Competence in project management
- Ability to manage both hierarchical and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in English
