Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technico-Commercial Service Specialist to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for developing and commercializing solutions for our clients in the Normandy region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong commercial presence through regular client visits and prospecting activities.
- Identify and analyze client needs, providing tailored solutions and support to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and service roles, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
