Job Title: Sales Account Manager UK

At Jiffy Group, we are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the UK.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management, informing business decisions and driving growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the horticultural or agricultural industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive annual base salary: £40,000 - £45,000.
  • Bonus scheme: participation in the bonus scheme for Sales Account Managers (maximum 2 months' salary).
  • Company car, laptop, and mobile phone.
