En tant que Global Account Manager chez Advens, vous serez chargé(e) de développer et d'entretenir des relations durables avec nos clients grands comptes et de contribuer activement à la protection de leurs données et à la sécurité numérique.
- Développer et entretenir des relations de confiance avec un portefeuille de clients grands comptes
- Ouvrir de nouveaux comptes à très fort potentiel
- Analyser les besoins des clients et contribuer à l'élaboration de propositions commerciales adaptées
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de développement commercial sur le portefeuille clients / mettre en place des plans de compte évolués
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des différents pôles Advens pour garantir l'adéquation des solutions proposées et la satisfaction
- Suivre et développer les performances des comptes clients
- Maitriser et transmettre le projet d'entreprise pour en faire un actif différenciateur
- Expérience confirmée en tant qu'Account Manager (5-10 ans d'expérience), idéalement dans le secteur de la cybersécurité ou des technologies de l'information
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation
- Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et très bonne capacité à travailler en équipe
- Engagement et focus résultats
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
