YOUR ROLE:
Communication Management:
Assist in designing and executing the communication strategy for the data transformation initiative alongside the management team. Gather and compile shareable insights to promote visibility of the program by engaging with its participants. Draft and disseminate communication materials (newsletters, press releases, presentations) to inform and engage stakeholders. Organize communication events such as webinars, workshops, or training sessions.Support in Delivery Management:
Oversee and enhance a time tracking system for the team's engagement in the program, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies. Facilitate the recharge process and budget planning and updates. Manage the service catalog to ensure clarity and efficiency, coordinating with the accounting team to monitor the budget.Handling Incoming Requests:
Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to the data transformation program. Organize, prioritize, and direct requests to the appropriate team members. Track requests and responses to ensure effective management.REQUIREMENTS:
Pursuing higher education in project management or a related discipline. Experience in communication, preferably within a digital or data context. Interest in data-related topics. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in French and English; Spanish is a plus. Familiarity with project tracking and communication tools. Ability to collaborate in a team and manage multiple tasks with precision. Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.INTERNSHIP DETAILS:
Internship contract (6 months, flexible). Full-time commitment.BENEFITS:
