Job Description

The Royal Service Operator role involves providing exceptional guest service by coordinating internal and external communications, addressing guest issues, and maintaining effective communication processes with various departments.

  • Manage internal and external calls and guest requests to ensure seamless communication.
  • Deliver follow-up calls to guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with departments such as FO, HSKP, and MAINT.
  • Ensure service standards are met by addressing guest complaints and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve current practices and deliver exceptional guest service.
Requirements
  • Superior phone etiquette, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize calls.
  • Excellent knowledge of Property MANAGER and Opera Programs.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
