Senior Major Accounts Manager

In this pivotal position, you will oversee and propel direct sales initiatives into designated Major Accounts within France. Your primary objective will be to formulate and execute strategic account plans aimed at achieving deployments of Fortinet products and services. Establish and nurture executive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, leveraging these connections throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with relevant internal teams to create and present compelling Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work. Negotiate business terms with clients to foster mutually beneficial outcomes that lay the groundwork for enduring partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying business opportunities and guiding the sales process to successful closure.
- Leading a team of experienced Sales Managers.
- Meeting established quarterly sales targets.
- Building a robust sales pipeline, qualifying prospects, and accurately forecasting sales potential.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to sell solutions to Mobile Service Providers and leading Managed Security Service Providers.
- A solid history of achieving sales quotas and exhibiting career consistency.
- Experience in finalizing substantial deals.
- Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with executives and team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A self-driven, independent thinker capable of advancing deals through the sales cycle.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the Large Enterprise sector.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience selling network security solutions, with knowledge of Security in Mobile Networks and Managed Security Services.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role with direct reports.
- A candidate who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and possesses a proactive sales mentality.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
