About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Transatel. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for representing Transatel with your client, representing your client internally, and supporting their development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Transatel with your client and represent your client internally
  • Support client development and growth
  • Find upsells and cross-sells opportunities
  • Analyze performance and produce monthly reports
  • Carry out regular meetings with clients to review business and present new offers
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in our clients' businesses
  • Assist in daily client management: invoicing, responding to requests, operational and marketing support, allocating tasks to internal teams for technical issues
  • Collaborate with marketing teams: relaying market research, assisting in price reviewing committees, and launching new products
Your Profile

We are looking for a university graduate with experience in Business Development or Account Management. Preferred experience in IT or telecoms with an interest in the mobile telephony or IoT market. You should be able to work independently and perform effectively in high-pressure environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with fluency in English and French.
