Sales and Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at NFON France. As a key liaison between Sales, Technical Consulting, and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving sales success and ensuring partner and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and nurture new partners, providing sales training and technical support to ensure their success.
- Assist partners in generating quotes and conducting monthly bill runs with Finance.
- Collaborate with our Technical Consulting team to provide expert support on all NFON solutions, including PBX configuration and hardware support.
- Implement marketing projects with our Field Marketing team, including creating newsletters and conducting webinars to improve partners' skills.
- Act as an interface with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, technical, or engineering with a degree in business connected to IT or telecommunications.
- Professional English skills, with the ability to work in an international context.
- Knowledge of UCaaS, IP, and VoIP connectivity, SIP Trunking, Hosted IP telephony solutions, and CloudPBX solutions.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to propose innovative solutions to customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
