Job Title: Brand Development Manager

At BIC, we're looking for a talented Brand Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing impactful brand building campaigns that engage consumers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation of advertising and big idea development for our global shaver category and key brand initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines and work with internal and external partners to ensure strict adherence to project schedules.
  • Develop and cascade communication toolkits across regions.
  • Lead the development of best-in-class e-comm creative, from brief development through asset delivery.
  • Foster a Center of Excellence in Marketing, including social media and consumer activation, PR and influencer ideas, media content and platform trends.
  • Monitor competitive communication and business trends at a global level to help differentiate BIC's brand positioning and communications.
  • Review, monitor, evaluate and extract learnings from marketing activities to continuously improve ROI.
  • Ignite passion in the marketing function and build credibility around marketing across the organization.
  • Manage meetings with regional teams to foster strong relationships between global and regional teams.
  • Manage the Blade Excellence budget.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role at a CPG/FMCG company or consumer-oriented start-up.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Experience with social media, PR and consumer activations.
  • Experience in managing budgets.
  • Demonstrated project and product management expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Global experience with content development and production is a plus.
